Charleston, SC October 01, 2026 --(PR.com)-- Uncommon Giving today announced the general availability of Grants Management, built for corporate and foundation giving teams that is available as a standalone product or alongside the company's employee giving, matching, and volunteering software. The launch targets a gap that has left mid-market grantmakers choosing between lightweight workflow tools that stop short of moving money and enterprise CSR suites that cost six figures a year.
Grants Management runs grants, event sponsorships, and scholarship awards in one platform. Giving teams can publish a program, collect and score applications, approve awards against a live budget, and pay verified nonprofits without stitching together a workflow tool, a vetting service, and an accounts payable process.
Grants Management ships with six capabilities at launch.
● AI-drafted application forms. A giving team describes the program in a sentence and Uncommon AI, the platform's built-in assistant, drafts a complete, editable multi-page application matched to the scoring rubric.
● Employee nominations. Employees nominate the nonprofits they already support, putting corporate grant dollars in front of the causes their workforce is closest to. Nominations group by organization, deduplicate by EIN, and surface conflicts of interest before review begins.
● Weighted review and scoring. Multiple reviewers score every application against weighted dimensions on a shared one-to-five rubric that locks when the program publishes, so every applicant is judged on the same criteria by every evaluator.
● Budget controls. Funding pools by department, fiscal year, and cause category sit behind every approval, with allocated, committed, and remaining balances updating as decisions are made.
● Built-in 501(c)(3) vetting. Every grantee is a verified, continuously monitored IRS-registered nonprofit drawn from a database of more than 1.8 million organizations. Vetting is included in the base product rather than sold as an add-on.
● Biweekly disbursement. Approved grants pay out on a biweekly cycle using the same rails that already move employee donations and matching gifts. This differs from the monthly batch cycle typical of enterprise suites.
Companies that run grantmaking on their own get the full product with no other purchase required. Companies that also run employee giving, matching, or volunteering on Uncommon Giving get one shared nonprofit record across all of it. Reviewers see grant applications next to employee donations, matching gifts, and volunteer hours before they score, and the company reports total community investment as a single number rather than reconciling separate systems.
Grants Management is priced as a flat annual platform fee metered on grant dollars disbursed rather than on employee headcount. There is currently no implementation fee, no transaction fee, and most customers are live in about two weeks.
"We built our grant management platform in direct response to what our customers asked for: one connected solution for every part of their corporate philanthropy program. By bringing grantmaking together with workplace giving and volunteering, Uncommon Giving reduces administrative burden, eliminates the cost and complexity of managing multiple systems, and gives companies a simpler, more efficient way to manage, measure, and grow their social impact," said Andy Howell, CEO of Uncommon Giving."
Grants Management is available now, on its own or with any other Uncommon Giving product. Details, product screenshots, and a guided demo are available at Grants Management.
