EAGAN, Minn., Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- N Family School has announced its first international site, with plans to open a school in Eagan, Minnesota, later this year. The move marks an exciting new chapter for the early childhood education group, which has grown to 58 locations (and counting) in the UK since launching in 2017.

"This marks a significant milestone for N Family Club, as we move into our next phase of growth," said Phil Sunderland, Founder and Group CEO. "Our vision remains unchanged as we scale: to be the highest quality and most loved early childhood education group in the world. We remain laser-focused on safety, quality of education, and putting our families and teams first."

What families will find in Eagan

At the center is the N Approach™, developed with leading experts including the late Dr. David Whitebread of the University of Cambridge, and built around the N Curriculum — individualized, research-led, and built in-house by early childhood education experts, featuring Forest School-inspired outdoor learning. Alongside it:

• Enrichments: Spanish, yoga, cooking and Doodle Dance™, our own movement program that builds the motor skills behind early writing.
• Inspiring spaces: a movement studio and a hands-on discovery lab.
• Nutrition: nutritious meals, cooked from scratch daily by our school chef.
• An exceptional team: Educators developed through the group's own N Academy, in a culture certified as a UK Great Place to Work.

Designed with the whole family in mind

N Family School will also offer families the opportunity to connect and recharge in N Café areas, and will maintain communication with parents throughout the day via the N App. In addition, the Family Hub will provide on-demand access to parenting blogs, try-this-at-home activities and nutritious recipes for the whole community.

Leading the U.S. Expansion

N Family School has appointed Trudy Anderson as US Managing Director. A seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in the early education sector, Trudy brings a proven track record at organizations including KinderCare and Learning Care Group.

"It's a privilege to bring the N Approach™ to families in the US. There's a growing demand for a more thoughtful preschool experience, one that brings together beautifully designed environments, meaningful time outdoors, exceptional teaching, and a strong sense of community," said Anderson. "What truly sets N Family School apart is its commitment to building inclusive cultures for both families and team members, and we are uniquely positioned to deliver that."
