Tutoring Club of Johns Creek Earns National Franchise Recognition

ST. JOHNS, Fla. — Two locally owned Tutoring Club locations serving K–12 students throughout St. Johns County have earned national franchise recognition for their performance in 2025.

Tutoring Club of Johns Creek (CR 210) has been named a 2025 Top 5 Franchise, while Tutoring Club of St. Johns (Julington Creek) has earned recognition as a 2025 Top 20 Franchise.

These honors celebrate the accomplishments of both St. Johns County locations and recognize the leadership, administrative staff, tutors, students, and families who have contributed to their continued success.

Both centers are locally owned and operated by Kim Mullins, with Andrew M. serving as Center Director and contributing to the growth and daily leadership of both locations. Together with their administrative and tutoring teams, they have created an academic environment centered on individualized instruction, strong family relationships, and helping students develop greater confidence and independence.

For Kim Mullins, the purpose behind Tutoring Club began with her own family's experience.

A Personal Mission That Started With One Student

Kim Mullins' journey with Tutoring Club began when she was a parent searching for solutions for her own daughter, who was struggling academically. After her daughter was diagnosed with learning differences, including dyslexia and processing challenges, Kim experienced firsthand how difficult it can be for families to find the right individualized academic support.

That experience eventually developed into a larger mission: to provide a place where students feel understood and supported while building the academic skills and confidence they need to move forward.

Kim's daughter's academic journey became an example of what can be possible when a student receives instruction designed around their individual needs. What started as one parent's effort to help her own child ultimately became a commitment to helping other families facing similar academic challenges. Today, that purpose remains at the heart of both Tutoring Club locations in St. Johns County.

Individualized Tutoring for K–12 Students

Tutoring Club of Johns Creek and Tutoring Club of St. Johns provide individualized academic support for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Programs include reading, writing, math tutoring, homework support, study skills, academic coaching, FAST preparation, SAT/ACT preparation, and additional individualized academic services designed around each student's needs.

Because students learn differently and arrive with different strengths, skill gaps, and academic goals, the process begins with an academic assessment and personalized learning plans that help determine where instruction should begin and which skills should receive the greatest focus.

Reading instruction may address phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. Math tutoring ranges from foundational elementary concepts through advanced high school mathematics.

The People Behind the 2025 Recognition

The national franchise honors also recognize the teams who work directly with students and families each day.
