Top Seedz's steady expansion is also a testament to its loyal and dedicated employees. Thanks to a Buffalo nonprofit, Journey's End Refugee Services, Rebecca has been recruiting local refugees looking for work to grow her business and give back to her local community simultaneously since the company's inception. Today, the Top Seedz 90-person workforce still primarily consists of refugee employees; 77 percent of the Top Seedz crew are minorities.
