IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- At Centerview, the Irvine office destination managed by EMMES Realty Services of California LLC, the workday comes with plenty of reasons to stay a little longer. This fall, Tifosi Pizza + Trattoria will join the property's growing collection of acclaimed restaurants, bringing a playful take on Italian dining, "New, New York" pizza and a fresh gathering spot for office tenants, hotel guests and the surrounding community.

A collaboration between three of Orange County's celebrated chefs - Zach Scherer, Frank DeLoach and Drew Adams - Tifosi will bring a fusion of New York-style pizza and authentic Italian cuisine, serving favorites such as New York-style pizza by the slice, Italian sandwiches made with house-made bread, salads, California-inspired trattoria fare, craft cocktails and a curated wine list. The restaurant will pair its chef-driven menu with a colorful, 1970s-inspired Italian trattoria aesthetic, two expansive patios and a lively, relaxed atmosphere designed for everything from a quick lunch to dinner with friends.

Located at 2000 Main Street, Suite 300, next to The Goldfinch, Tifosi will serve lunch and dinner, with takeout and delivery available.

Tifosi adds another distinctive concept to Centerview's restaurant collection, which brings together independently owned restaurants and established dining favorites in a convenient, amenity-rich setting. From specialty coffee and standout bagels to tapas, Japanese cuisine and cocktails, the lineup offers tenants and visitors a variety of options throughout the day, while giving the broader Irvine community more reasons to visit.
