The work included hot mastic repairs around several catch basin drains, an 8-by-8-foot cut-and-replace asphalt repair at one catch basin, and crack filling throughout the parking area. Following those repairs, crews applied two coats of asphalt emulsion sealer to the lot surface.

The final stage of the project included parking lot striping to refresh pavement markings and improve visibility throughout the property. Updated striping helped clearly define parking spaces and restore organization to the parking area after the sealcoating process was completed.

How Resident Access Was Maintained During Construction

One of the primary project considerations was minimizing disruption for residents.

The project page notes that EverLine conducted an on-site meeting and property walkthrough during the planning process to review repair requirements and discuss scheduling. To maintain access throughout construction, work was phased over three weekdays, with only half of the parking lot closed at a time.
