The final stage of the project included parking lot striping to refresh pavement markings and improve visibility throughout the property. Updated striping helped clearly define parking spaces and restore organization to the parking area after the sealcoating process was completed.
How Resident Access Was Maintained During Construction
One of the primary project considerations was minimizing disruption for residents.

To maintain access throughout construction, work was phased over three weekdays, with only half of the parking lot closed at a time.
