SINGAPORE, June 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SKK Holdings Limited (“SKK Holdings”, “SKK” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SKK) will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the “EGM”) at 27 First Lok Yang Road, Singapore 629735 at 10:00 a.m. (Singapore Time) on June 22, 2026 (which is 10:00 p.m. U.S. ET on June 21, 2026).
Holders of the Company’s Class A and Class B Ordinary Shares listed in the register of members of the Company at the close of business on May 18, 2026 (Singapore Time) are entitled to receive notice of, and vote at, the EGM or at any adjournment or postponement that may take place.
