DES MOINES, Wash., April 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Mill Creek Residential, a leading developer, owner-operator and investment manager specializing in premier rental housing across the U.S., today announced it has broken ground at Modera Woodmont Beach, a contemporary mixed-use community located along Pacific Highway 20 miles south of Downtown Seattle in Des Moines, Wash.
Modera Woodmont Beach, which will feature 290 homes and 7,500 square feet of retail space, sits in the South Sound region approximately 15 miles northeast of Tacoma. First move-ins are anticipated for the summer of 2027.
