Tex-Mex flavors meet signature double burger for a limited-time menu addition starting Nov. 3
Austin, TX (RestaurantNews.com) Hat Creek Burger Company is teaming up with food creator Chance Cozby, the creator behind 3 Pieces of Pecan, to bring the Enchilada Burger to its menu starting Nov. 3. This collaboration brings bold, savory flavors together for a limited-time mashup of two comfort-food staples.
Two beef patties anchor the Enchilada Burger, topped with melted pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, jalapeños and crispy tortilla strips. Housemade jalapeño ranch adds a creamy kick, while enchilada sauce brings a savory finish. Everything comes together on a soft Martin’s Potato Roll. Guests who order the Enchilada Burger can also snag a Frozen Margarita for half off, bringing a little extra fun to the flavor-packed combo.
Cozby brings his passion for creative, flavor-forward recipes to the collaboration. Known for his food content spanning barbecue and inventive takes on familiar dishes, Cozby worked directly with Hat Creek to create a burger that blends his culinary perspective with the brand’s signature double-patty format.
“We like finding new ways to approach a burger, and working with Chance gave us the opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to our menu,” said Drew Gressett, CEO of Hat Creek Burger Company. “Pair the Enchilada Burger with one of our Frozen Margaritas and get the margarita half off for a little Tex-Mex flair.”
Guests can also round out their meal with a side of chips and queso or one of Hat Creek’s recently introduced margaritas, available in Classic and Strawberry flavors at participating locations. The Enchilada Burger will be available at all 26 Hat Creek locations across Texas starting Nov. 3, while supplies last.
