GA Telesis Accelerates Next-Generation Aftermarket Leadership with Acquisition of Three Additional Airbus A320neo Airframes

PR Newswire

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- GA Telesis, LLC ("GAT"), a global leader in integrated aviation and aerospace services, announced the acquisition of three additional Airbus A320neo (LEAP-1A) airframes, further strengthening its leadership position in the next-generation aviation aftermarket. With two additional A320neo aircraft expected to be added before the end of 2026, the company is on track to expand its portfolio by five aircraft this year alone.

The acquisitions reinforce GA Telesis' position as a leading provider of A320neo used serviceable material (USM), with an inventory footprint that continues to outpace the emerging aftermarket for this next-generation platform.

Rather than waiting for next-generation aircraft to reach traditional retirement age, GA Telesis is proactively creating the aftermarket supply infrastructure years ahead of the conventional cycle. This forward-looking strategy is designed to address growing demand for cost-saving, serviceable components as airlines contend with persistent supply chain constraints, extended maintenance turnaround times, and an expanding global A320neo fleet.

The newly acquired aircraft represent some of the earliest A320neo airframes entering the aftermarket for disassembly, providing access to high-demand components that have historically been difficult to source outside original equipment manufacturer channels. The aircraft also include LEAP-1A engine nacelles and landing gear further enhancing GA Telesis' next-generation material portfolio.

Beyond its growing airframe inventory, GA Telesis distinguishes itself through its ability to provide aftermarket support for both engine platforms powering the A320neo family: the CFM International LEAP-1A and Pratt & Whitney PW1100 Geared Turbofan (GTF). This dual-platform capability, combined with the company's global distribution infrastructure, technical expertise, and extensive component inventory, positions GA Telesis to deliver comprehensive solutions across the A320neo fleet.

"GA Telesis has never built its aftermarket strategy around waiting for aircraft to retire," said Jim Sokol, President of GA Telesis' Flight Solutions Group. "We identify where the market is going and invest ahead of the demand curve. With five A320neo aircraft being added to our (existing) neo portfolio this year, we are creating access to next-generation material well before the traditional retirement cycle would otherwise make it available. Our customers need solutions today, not ten years from now."

Through its Flight Solutions Group and integrated aviation services platform, GA Telesis provides airlines, lessors, and MRO organizations worldwide with component solutions, inventory management, distribution, and lifecycle support. Its expanding A320neo portfolio builds upon the company's established leadership in aircraft disassembly, USM distribution, and asset management. As the aviation industry transitions toward newer-generation aircraft, GA Telesis continues to challenge conventional aftermarket models by acquiring assets earlier in their lifecycle and accelerating the availability of critical replacement components.
