VANCOUVER, BC, Oct. 9, 2026 /CNW/ --  East Side Games Group Inc. (TSX: EAGR) ("ESGG" or the "Company"), a leading developer and publisher of free-to-play mobile games, is pleased to announce that we have transferred our banking relationship to the National Bank of Canada (NBC). With this comes $4M CAD in credit based on accounts receivable and receivable tax credits.

Additionally, we have secured a term loan credit facility from Export Development Canada's (EDC) Direct Lending Program with $4M USD of credit available to us for development of future games.

Partial proceeds are being used to pay off the existing LOC with Royal Bank of Canada and closing out our relationship with them.

EDC funding is earmarked for development of two key new titles that are not yet announced but slated for 2027 release.

The Company is excited about these new relationships, the additional access to credit from NBC and EDC's support.
