Redland and CEC Join Forces to Offer Full-Range Sitework Across South Florida

HOMESTEAD, Fla., Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Redland Company, LLC (Redland), a South Florida earthwork and sitework contractor, and City Engineering Contractors, LLC (CEC), which specializes in urban and high-rise site utilities, announced today that they have partnered together. The two companies can handle both large open-site earthwork and complex, utility-heavy urban construction, which few contractors in the region are set up to do.

Both companies will keep their current names, leadership, and field teams.
